Job Details

Requirements

  • Have experience building or scaling identity verification (IDV), KYC, or onboarding products.
  • Bring a strong background in fintech; Web3 exposure is preferred.
  • Have hands-on experience with identity verification providers such as Sumsub, Veriff, Onfido, Persona, or Stripe Identity.
  • Be familiar with compliance workflows, including KYC, KYB, and customer due diligence (CDD).
  • Have a track record of delivering platform products adopted across multiple teams.
  • Be able to work across technical systems and user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision and roadmap for Universal KYC and MetaMask Passport.
  • Define how a reusable identity layer unlocks the broader MetaMask product stack.
  • Build scalable identity verification primitives and standards for adoption across products.
  • Design a seamless, low-friction KYC experience while maintaining compliance integrity.
  • Drive adoption by partnering with internal teams to integrate a consistent identity layer.
  • Balance privacy, trust, and global regulatory requirements.
  • Lead execution end to end, align cross-functional teams, and deliver measurable outcomes.
