Requirements

  • Be a native speaker of the target locale.
  • Have experience with voice acting, narration, podcasting, or streaming.
  • Have access to a home recording setup, including recording software, a microphone, headset or speakers, an audio interface, and professional digital audio workstation software and plugins.
  • Record in a treated, quiet environment free from background noise, music, clicks, and muffling.
  • Be able to follow specific technical recording requirements, including volume level, file naming, format, gaps between segments, and audio quality.
  • Be able to provide demos, sample recordings, or voiceover samples.
  • Be comfortable with fast-turnaround projects and able to meet tight delivery deadlines when engaged.
  • Be open to licensing your voice for AI voice cloning or TTS training.
  • Have a natural, clear, conversational delivery with consistent, moderate pacing and natural pauses.

Responsibilities

  • Record voice work for assigned projects.
  • Follow technical requirements for volume, file naming, format, gaps between segments, and audio quality.
  • Provide demos, sample recordings, or voiceover samples.
  • Meet tight delivery deadlines when engaged.
