Requirements
- Have proven experience orchestrating data/ML pipelines on Databricks, including Jobs, Workflows, and cluster policies.
- Have solid CI/CD experience with Azure DevOps, gitflow, and pull requests.
- Have infrastructure-as-code experience with Databricks Asset Bundles (DABs).
- Apply code quality standards using black, isort, and mypy.
- Have advanced Python skills.
- Have advanced SQL skills.
- Have experience with Delta and Unity Catalog.
- Experience with multi-country schemas, drift/cost monitoring, and deployment automation is a nice to have.
- Experience developing AI agents or agentic infrastructure, such as Mosaic AI Agent Framework, agent orchestration, or MCP, is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate production pipelines on Databricks Jobs, chaining tasks via depends_on and managing failure modes.
- Configure and maintain deployments via Databricks Asset Bundles, promoting across dev, qa, and prd targets with resource and deployment files per country.
- Manage model and artifact lifecycles in MLflow and Unity Catalog, including registration, versioning, Champion/Challenger aliases, and rollback.
- Manage compute across workspaces and standardize cost-monitoring tags.
- Integrate AIOps and observability to support operational continuity.
- Diagnose runtime incidents and coordinate with development squads.
