Requirements
- Have at least 2–3 years of experience managing a digital product as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a role with comparable responsibility.
- Have independently managed a product area, identifying user problems and deciding on priorities and scope.
- Evaluate the results of implemented changes.
- Know OMS or ERP systems and understand the processes they support, such as order flow, inventory, sales, or product data management.
- Have experience working with a development team from problem clarification through solution implementation.
- Be able to work with customers and stakeholders, prioritize conflicting needs, and clearly explain decisions.
- E-commerce product experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of PIM, WMS, marketplaces, and integrations is an advantage.
- Experience participating in the implementation of a complex B2B product for customers is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Odoo is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Create and develop product roadmaps based on market and customer needs and company business goals.
- Work closely with development, marketing, and sales teams to implement features.
- Gather and analyze market and competitor information and user feedback.
- Set priorities and manage the product backlog.
- Monitor key performance indicators and recommend optimization actions.
- Prepare functional specifications.
