Requirements
- Have senior engineering experience, usually 5+ years.
- Have shipped at least one AI system that people use in daily work.
- Use an AI coding agent every day.
- Be comfortable working with financial data.
- Evaluate AI work by its business results.
- Use English for daily calls with the US.
- Communicate in Polish within the team.
- Finance, private equity, or consulting experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Lead AI initiatives with investment and deal teams.
- Turn data rooms, Investment Committee memos, and portfolio reporting into structured datasets.
- Build and deploy agentic AI systems and AI models, including models predicting financial metrics such as IRR.
- Measure accuracy, speed, and cost for every AI system shipped.
- Turn business teams’ AI-built apps into secure, maintainable production tools.
- Own AI systems through production and support tools used in daily work.
