Requirements

Have usually 5+ years of experience as a Data Engineer.
Have built cloud data pipelines.
Have used dbt in a team.
Demonstrate strong data modeling skills.
Use English for daily calls with the US.
Use communicative Polish within the company.

Responsibilities

Model data for reporting and investment decisions.
Build production-ready ETL/ELT pipelines on Snowflake, dbt, and Airflow using Python and SQL.
Maintain data quality, consistency, performance, and cost.
Manage data governance, including lineage, metadata, and quality checks.
Implement access control for confidential deal data.
Make data usable by business, analytics, and engineering teams.
