Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical IT security role, such as Security Engineer, SOC Analyst L3, or Cybersecurity Incident Response Engineer.
Bring practical Blue Team knowledge, including monitoring, incident response, tool maintenance, and tuning.
Be familiar with attack techniques used for vulnerability assessment.
Have hands-on knowledge of operating system architecture and security, computer networks, web and mobile applications, and cloud environments.
Have experience with vulnerability management processes, technical risk analysis, and drafting security procedures and documentation.
Have experience conducting security awareness initiatives and collaborating with IT, DevOps, and business stakeholders.
Communicate fluently in English for technical and business contexts at a minimum B2 level.
Professional certifications or practical knowledge of frameworks such as CISSP, CompTIA Security+, CCSP, GIAC, ISO/IEC 27001, or AWS/Azure security certifications are beneficial.
Process automation and scripting skills such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell, and experience integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines are beneficial.
Experience in threat hunting and Digital Forensics & Incident Response (DFIR) is beneficial.
Familiarity with AI Security and regulations or standards such as DORA, NIS2, ISO/IEC 27001, or SOC 2 is beneficial.

Respond to and handle ICT security incidents and provide operational support for monitoring.
Supervise and optimize the enterprise cybersecurity solution ecosystem, including SIEM, EDR/XDR, and IDS/IPS.
Maintain, evaluate, and implement cybersecurity tools and solutions.
Manage scans and conduct vulnerability assessment and mitigation for networks, web and mobile environments, and on-premises and cloud infrastructure in collaboration with technical teams.
Analyze IT architecture security and execute threat modeling processes.
Verify and audit IT infrastructure and service configurations against security best practices.
Build security awareness across the organization through team education, best-practice promotion, and dedicated training.
