Have experience leading a development team or working as a Tech Lead / Architect.
Have practical experience designing and implementing complex Magento 2 / Adobe Commerce e-commerce solutions.
Have documented experience with high-traffic e-commerce projects or complex integration architectures.
Have at least 5 years of commercial Magento 2 development experience.
Have strong PHP 8 skills and knowledge of Magento 2 architecture, including dependency injection, plugins, observers, service contracts, EAV, indexers, cron, and message queues.
Have 4+ years of experience with MySQL and Elasticsearch / OpenSearch, including schema design, query optimization, and index work.
Have experience integrating external systems using REST API and GraphQL.
Know headless architecture and have basic experience with Hyvä, including modifying checkout and cart.
Have practical knowledge of RabbitMQ and asynchronous communication.
Be able to diagnose application performance issues and work with profiling, monitoring, log analysis, caching, Varnish, Redis, and APM tools.
Know SOLID and have experience writing PHPUnit unit and integration tests and conducting code reviews.
Know web application security principles, OWASP Top 10, GDPR, and PCI DSS requirements.
Work confidently with Git and know Docker, DDEV or Warden, and Linux administration basics.
Have English proficiency sufficient for using documentation and technical communication.

Lead the backend team through mentoring, code reviews, and developer feedback.
Design project architecture, applications, integrations, and data flows with attention to performance, scalability, security, and costs.
Analyze business requirements and lead technical workshops with clients.
Estimate complex Magento 2 solutions and contribute to deployment and migration planning.
Lead technical delivery from analysis through production launch, owning solution quality, performance, and security.
Develop dedicated applications, microservices, and e-commerce modules for promotions, pricing, checkout, orders, and catalogs.
Design REST and GraphQL APIs and integrations with ERP, PIM, WMS, OMS, and payment systems.
Oversee programming practices, testing, security, and code quality.
Evaluate technical options, document architecture and key data flows, and communicate decisions to technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Participate in candidate technical assessments and onboarding developers.
