Requirements
- Hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or an equivalent field.
- Have at least 10 years of experience in information systems security.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in AWS environments.
- Bring strong expertise in PCI DSS v4.0.1 and experience in regulated environments.
- Have experience with AWS security architecture, identity management, security monitoring, and DevSecOps.
- Have proven experience in security consulting, risk management, and governance.
- Have knowledge of ISO 27001 and compliance audits.
- Demonstrate professional fluency in French and English.
- Be based in Portugal.
- Experience in the WAEMU/UEMOA region or knowledge of the BCEAO framework is a plus.
- CISSP or AWS Certified Security – Specialty certification is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI security frameworks and regulations is a plus.
- Experience in Fintech, online payments, or financial services is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design a secure AWS multi-account architecture with strict segmentation of the Cardholder Data Environment (CDE).
- Strengthen identity and access management and manage AWS security posture using GuardDuty and Security Hub.
- Integrate security into software development processes, including DevSecOps and CI/CD security measures.
- Lead compliance initiatives for PCI DSS v4.0.1 and ISO 27001, including audits and security policies.
- Establish security governance practices and improve organisational security maturity.
- Develop an AI usage policy and oversee AI security practices.
- Provide the CISO with guidance on technical security, risk, and compliance.
