Job Details

Have past engineering experience and be able to independently design, build, deploy, and maintain AI-powered applications, agents, and multi-step workflows.
Have built AI agents and agentic workflows that measurably improved team performance.
Be comfortable working across models, APIs, orchestration frameworks, and coding environments such as Claude Code or similar tools.
Have hands-on experience evaluating and implementing AI and GTM platforms such as Qualified, Clay, Jasper, Copy.ai, or HubSpot Breeze.
Have hands-on experience integrating platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Meta, Google, and LinkedIn.
Understand B2B marketing across brand, content, demand generation, product marketing, and marketing operations.
Be able to evaluate tradeoffs among human effort, software, API consumption, infrastructure, and token usage.
Be comfortable using APIs, web scraping, and other methods to structure external data for marketing, competitive intelligence, targeting, and automation.
Be able to identify high-impact opportunities and move from idea to working solution with incomplete information.

Design, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions, including agents, multi-step workflows, automations, and internal tools for marketing.
Evaluate emerging AI and GTM platforms and decide whether to implement existing solutions or build custom tools.
Integrate AI agents and workflows with marketing platforms, data sources, APIs, and internal systems.
Establish AI evaluation and quality standards by testing accuracy, reliability, and output quality.
Optimize AI costs across token usage, API consumption, software, infrastructure, and human effort.
Assess emerging models, agent frameworks, platforms, and approaches for practical use.
