Requirements
- Have strong programming skills in Python and/or C#.
- Have experience designing and implementing business process automation solutions in enterprise environments.
- Have experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, webhooks, Microsoft Graph API, OAuth, and authentication mechanisms.
- Have experience with system integrations and middleware platforms.
- Have experience working with structured and unstructured data, including ETL and data processing.
- Have hands-on experience with automation and workflow platforms such as Power Automate, Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, UiPath, or n8n.
- Have experience with Microsoft Azure, including Azure Functions and cloud-based solutions.
- Have experience building intelligent automation solutions using LLMs, Generative AI, and AI agents.
- Understand software engineering practices, including source control, testing, and CI/CD.
- Have analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain business process automations and AI-enabled solutions.
- Build end-to-end automation workflows using scripts, workflows, APIs, AI agents, and Agentic AI frameworks.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Develop and maintain integrations between internal and external systems using APIs and middleware platforms.
- Design and implement ETL pipelines and data processing solutions.
- Build AI-powered assistants, copilots, and intelligent agents using LLMs and Generative AI.
- Integrate AI capabilities with enterprise systems and business processes.
- Work with business and technical stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Improve operational efficiency through automation, monitoring, and process optimization.
- Ensure solutions follow quality, scalability, maintainability, and security best practices.
