Job Details

Demonstrate strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
Have experience producing and editing paid social advertisements, UGC-style videos, and other short-form digital content.
Understand performance-driven creative, including hooks, pacing, storytelling, and calls to action.
Create motion graphics, animations, and visual elements that enhance video storytelling.
Be familiar with social media platforms, emerging content trends, and digital-channel creative best practices.
Adapt video content for different platforms, audiences, aspect ratios, and campaign objectives.
Manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality creative under tight deadlines.
Incorporate feedback, collaborate cross-functionally, and iterate quickly on creative concepts.
Nice to have: experience creating video content for B2B and/or SaaS brands.
Nice to have: familiarity with creative testing methodologies and using performance insights to inform editing decisions.

Edit and produce video content for paid social campaigns, organic social channels, and digital marketing initiatives.
Develop motion graphics, animations, transitions, and visual effects.
Transform raw footage, UGC content, and existing creative assets into platform-ready videos.
Create and optimize video ads for Meta, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn.
Incorporate social media trends, creative best practices, and platform-specific formats into video production.
Collaborate with creative, marketing, and performance teams to execute campaign concepts.
Develop creative variations in hooks, messaging, pacing, and visual treatments to support testing and optimization.
Apply feedback and iterate on creative assets.
Manage multiple editing projects while meeting deadlines.
