Requirements
- Bring expertise in visual and digital arts, such as illustration, graphic design, digital painting, animation, 3D modeling, visual storytelling, concept art, or design theory.
- Be prepared to address topics including color theory, composition, motion design, character development, perspective drawing, UX/UI design, rendering techniques, and cross-platform visual communication.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Visual Arts, Digital Media, Design, or a closely related creative field is ideal.
- A professional portfolio, exhibition experience, or hands-on experience with relevant creative tools can signal fit.
- Show clear, metacognitive communication by “showing your work.”
- As a contractor, supply a secure computer and high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Converse with the model about studio workflows and conceptual art challenges.
- Challenge models on visual arts topics including color theory, composition, motion design, character development, perspective drawing, UX/UI design, and rendering techniques.
- Verify artistic terminology and design logic.
- Capture reproducible error traces.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
