Requirements
- Demonstrated expertise in Thai language and linguistics.
- Knowledge of Thai phonetics, syntax, morphology, semantics, pragmatics, sociolinguistics, and language acquisition.
- Familiarity with Thai tone marking, sentence structure, classifier usage, regional dialects, formal and informal language, idiomatic expressions, and cultural references.
- A master’s or PhD in Thai language, linguistics, or a closely related field is ideal.
- Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects are relevant indicators of fit.
- Clear, metacognitive communication and the ability to show your work.
- As a contractor, supply a secure computer and high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on Thai-language scenarios.
- Challenge models on tone marking, sentence structure, classifier usage, regional dialects, language registers, idioms, and cultural references.
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness.
- Capture reproducible error traces and document model failure modes.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
