- A medical degree (MD, DO) or a master’s/PhD in a health sciences field is ideal.
- Clinical experience is a relevant qualification.
- Peer-reviewed publications are a relevant qualification.
- Hospital-based practice or public health project involvement is relevant.
- Clear, metacognitive communication and the ability to show your work are essential.
- As a contractor, supply a secure computer and high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on clinical scenarios and theoretical medical questions.
- Challenge language models on differential diagnosis, drug interactions, treatment protocols, and other medical topics.
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness.
- Capture reproducible error traces.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
