  • Assess responses for naturalness and context.
  • Verify terminology and idiomatic expressions.
  • Test conversational flow and domain-specific language.
  • Provide structured feedback on accuracy, fluency, and cultural alignment.
  • Collaborate with the team to refine prompts, evaluation methods, and linguistic guidelines.
