Responsibilities
- Converse with the model in English and French about real-world insurance scenarios and technical questions.
- Challenge language models on life, health, property, casualty, and commercial insurance topics.
- Test model knowledge of fraud detection, regulatory frameworks, and customer communication.
- Verify factual accuracy and industry logic in model responses.
- Capture reproducible error traces and document model failure modes.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
