Requirements
- Bring coding expertise in algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.
- Work fluently in Spanish (Spain).
- Apply knowledge of asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems.
- A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is ideal.
- Real-world coding experience, technical writing in Spanish, or open-source contributions are relevant.
- Provide clear, metacognitive communication and show your work.
Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on software engineering tasks and technical scenarios in Spanish (Spain).
- Verify logical accuracy and coding fluency.
- Assess the naturalness and correctness of Spanish language usage.
- Capture reproducible error traces.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
