Requirements
- Be fluent in Marathi.
- Have expertise in algorithms and data structures.

- Have knowledge of cloud infrastructure and systems programming.
- Be familiar with asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, and object-oriented design.
- Have knowledge of secure coding practices and debugging distributed systems.
- A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is ideal.
- Real-world coding experience, technical writing in Marathi, or open-source contributions are relevant indicators of fit.
- Provide clear, metacognitive communication and show your work.
- As a contractor, supply a secure computer and high-speed internet.
Responsibilities
- Converse with the model in Marathi about software engineering tasks and technical scenarios.
- Challenge advanced language models on asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding, and debugging distributed systems.
- Verify logical accuracy and coding fluency.
- Assess the naturalness and correctness of Marathi language usage.
- Capture reproducible error traces and document model failure modes.
- Suggest improvements to prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.
