Requirements
- Be fluent in Hindi.
- Have coding expertise in algorithms and data structures.
- Have knowledge of software architecture, frontend and backend development, cloud infrastructure, and systems programming.
- Be familiar with asynchronous programming, RESTful API integration, memory management, object-oriented design, secure coding practices, and debugging distributed systems.
- A bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in computer science, software engineering, or a closely related technical field is ideal.
- Real-world coding experience, technical writing in Hindi, or open-source contributions are relevant indicators of fit.
- Demonstrate clear, metacognitive communication and show your work.
- Supply a secure computer and high-speed internet as a contractor.
Responsibilities
- Converse with the model in Hindi about software engineering tasks and technical scenarios.
- Verify logical accuracy and coding fluency.
- Assess the naturalness and correctness of Hindi language usage.
