Requirements
- Bring 8+ years of experience in IT project management.
- Have a proven program management track record leading implementation and/or post-implementation teams.
- Have a good understanding of technical knowledge.
- Be able to work independently and in teams in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Quickly understand business requirements and design creative solutions.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Hold a project management certification or have equivalent relevant experience.
- Life sciences quality, clinical, regulatory, or drug safety experience is a nice to have.
- Experience with data or content management applications is a nice to have.
- Direct experience with Veeva Vault, Monday.com, Google Docs, SharePoint, or Smartsheet is a nice to have.
Responsibilities
- Lead IT operations for customers using Veeva’s R&D SaaS solutions.
- Act as the primary customer liaison between managed services teams, customer stakeholders, and third parties.
- Oversee customer release management programs, including resource planning, release tracking, and forecasting.
- Analyze customer requirements and new product features to develop adoption and enhancement roadmaps.
- Guide customers in adopting Vault and industry best practices in post-implementation programs.
