Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience in clinical research, healthcare operations, content management, project coordination, or related operational environments.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to coordinate activities across multiple stakeholders and functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Preferred: Knowledge of Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs), eCOA solutions, translations management, or licensing processes.
  • Preferred: Experience managing content repositories, operational workflows, or large-scale content libraries.
  • Preferred: Experience supporting quality management and process improvement initiatives.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with database, tracker, and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Perform day-to-day eCOA Library operational activities.
  • Manage onboarding, maintenance, and lifecycle management of assessments, translations, screenshots, and associated assets.
  • Maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and reporting tools; monitor workload, deliverables, and milestones.
  • Oversee quality control, version management, recertification, traceability, change control, and audit-ready documentation.
  • Coordinate with Licensing, Translation Services, COAA, Platform, Technology, Product, and Client Services teams.
  • Support new library additions, updates, maintenance initiatives, governance, and prioritization discussions.
  • Support library expansion, content reuse across IQVIA platforms, and migration and integration initiatives involving COAA and Sculptor.
  • Improve operational workflows and business processes, and track metrics and KPIs for business decisions and resource planning.
