Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Have five or more years of robotics software engineering experience.
- Demonstrate strong programming skills in C++ and Python.
- Have hands-on experience with ROS or ROS 2 in production projects.
- Have solid experience with at least one of perception, localization, motion planning, or control.
- Be familiar with sensor fusion and Kalman or particle filter techniques.
- Have experience with simulation environments such as Gazebo, Isaac Sim, or MuJoCo.
- Have strong debugging skills in real-time and concurrent systems.
- Have experience supporting field tests and hardware integration.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and integrate software systems for autonomous robots and robotic platforms.
- Work across the robotics software stack, including low-level sensor integration, motion planning, perception, and behavioral systems.
- Translate ambiguous requirements into well-engineered solutions with product, design, engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.
- Contribute to code reviews and design reviews.
- Mentor more junior engineers.
- Support field tests and hardware integration.
