Requirements
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Bring 8+ years of experience, as stated in the Experience Required section.
- Have hands-on experience integrating Coupa with enterprise systems.
- Understand Coupa Integration Cloud and Coupa Open APIs.
- Have experience with at least one major iPaaS: MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
- Understand source-to-pay and procure-to-pay processes.
- Have solid SQL and data transformation skills.
- Have experience with REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, and integration security.
- Demonstrate troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Bring communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Coupa certifications are preferred.
- Experience integrating Coupa with SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite ERP systems is preferred.
- Familiarity with Coupa Pay, Coupa Risk Assess, or Coupa Treasury is preferred.
- Exposure to supplier-network integrations and global BSM rollouts is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop integrations between Coupa and enterprise systems, including ERP, finance, payroll, and supplier networks.
- Build integrations using Coupa Integration Cloud, Coupa Open APIs, and middleware such as MuleSoft, Boomi, or Workato.
- Implement supplier onboarding integrations for supplier master, contracts, and catalog data flows.
- Develop integrations supporting requisition, purchase order, invoice, and payment processes.
- Synchronize chart-of-accounts, expense category, lookup, user, role, and approval-hierarchy data between Coupa and source or identity systems.
- Design error handling, retry, reconciliation, and security strategies for integration flows.
- Profile and optimize integration performance and batch sizing for high-volume scenarios.
- Participate in Coupa release planning, regression testing, and platform upgrades.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and IT stakeholders on integration requirements.
- Maintain technical documentation and support production incidents related to Coupa integrations.
