Have 2+ years of experience with Decipher or a similar survey programming tool, such as Confirmit or Qualtrics.
Apply HTML and JavaScript knowledge to programming and testing survey logic.
Have strong analytical, problem-solving, and logic skills.
Have strong verbal and written communication skills.
Have strong interpersonal skills to develop rapport in a team setting and establish credibility with colleagues and cross-functional teams.
Have strong organizational skills.
Work independently while communicating effectively with other associates.
Work under pressure, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
Demonstrate patience and knowledge when debugging issues or problems.
Marketing research and project management experience are a plus.

Program online surveys to required quality and productivity levels.
Program and test survey logic using Decipher, HTML, and JavaScript knowledge.
Conduct quality assurance of online surveys.
Meet project capabilities and client timing expectations.
Partner with internal teams to understand project requirements.
Meet with clients to understand their requirements.
Offer alternative solutions to adverse designs or system limitations.
Provide ongoing support and serve as an information resource for internal and external parties.
Maintain communication with parties associated with each project.
Participate in internal projects and initiatives as needed.
