Requirements
- Demonstrate the ability to independently own a product and deliver it to a high standard, through product management, product marketing, entrepreneurship, or independently launched work.
- Bring strong product judgment and attention to details users notice, especially in onboarding and the overall experience.
- Apply commercial and marketing intuition to product positioning and user adoption.
- Use AI tools habitually to accelerate work and understand large language model behavior well enough to make informed decisions.
- Communicate effectively and coordinate marketing, engineering, and design teams.
- Be comfortable launching in uncertain environments, learning from results, and iterating quickly.
- Relevant experience is typically 1–3 years, but demonstrated impact matters more than tenure.
- Consumer, mobile, or AI product launch experience is a plus.
- Game product experience is a strong plus.
- Familiarity with agentic AI, IM/chat-native products, or creator tools is a plus.
- Hands-on data analysis and A/B testing experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end refinement and launch of a product line, including scope, first-run experience, and quality standards.
- Partner with marketing on product positioning, launch plans, and user acquisition messaging.
- Feed user feedback and launch signals into product iterations.
- Work with vertical product managers to deliver reusable product modules.
- Define success metrics with the data team, launch quickly, capture signals, and iterate.
- Build guided onboarding and a positive first-success experience.
- Use AI in daily workflows to prototype, write PRDs, generate and test alternatives, and analyze results.
