Requirements

  • Have at least 10 years of experience in Information Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), or Privileged Access Management (PAM).
  • Have at least 5 years of hands-on CyberArk administration and engineering experience in large enterprise environments.
  • Have experience managing privileged access processes, operational support, and compliance-driven security controls.
  • Have experience supporting SOX-regulated environments and working with internal and external auditors.
  • Know Windows Server, Linux/Unix, Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, networking, and enterprise server platforms.
  • Have experience integrating CyberArk with Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, Windows, and Linux environments.
  • Have experience with automation and scripting using PowerShell, Python, REST APIs, or CyberArk automation capabilities.
  • Relevant security certifications include CISSP, CISM, CRISC, Security+, or equivalent.
  • CyberArk Certified Practitioner (CPC) and CyberArk Defender PAM certifications are listed; CyberArk Defender (CD) and CyberArk Sentry (CS) are preferred, and CyberArk Guardian (CG) is desirable.

Responsibilities

  • Manage privileged access requests according to governance, approval workflows, and security policies.
  • Troubleshoot and provide operational support for CyberArk infrastructure, vaults, privileged session management, and integrations.
  • Maintain, upgrade, patch, and tune the platform, and perform health checks.
  • Support SOX compliance, access reviews, control testing, evidence collection, and remediation.
  • Onboard servers, applications, databases, service accounts, and privileged identities into CyberArk.
  • Work with Infrastructure, Security, Audit, Compliance, and Application teams to resolve access issues and improve service delivery.
  • Monitor platform performance, identify security risks, and improve privileged access controls.
  • Maintain operational procedures, technical documentation, standards, and support runbooks.
  • Participate in security incident investigations involving privileged accounts and access management controls.
  • Support initiatives to increase automation, improve compliance reporting, and enhance privileged access governance.
