Requirements
- Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in data engineering and working with cloud-based data platforms.
- Demonstrate strong expertise in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), particularly BigQuery.
- Be proficient in Python and SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
- Have hands-on experience with Apache Airflow for data orchestration.
- Be familiar with Power BI and data visualization best practices.
- Have a solid understanding of data warehousing and ETL/ELT concepts.
- Have experience with version control practices using Git/GitHub.
- Have advanced-level English.
- Familiarity with dbt or similar analytics engineering tools is a nice-to-have.
- Experience building semantic models for analytics is a nice-to-have.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain data pipelines to ensure efficient data flow and accessibility.
- Implement and manage data orchestration workflows using Apache Airflow.
- Create and maintain curated data products and semantic data layers for reporting and analytics.
- Support reporting and analytics initiatives, including Power BI and other BI tools.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
- Ensure data quality and integrity through testing and validation.
- Document processes and workflows for data operations.
