Requirements
- Have at least 5 years of commercial experience in a similar role.
- Have C1 English proficiency for working with the US client.
- Have practical experience leading Product Discovery.
- Translate business needs into requirements through methods such as workshops, interviews, and prototyping.
- Understand software development processes in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Be able to synthesize complex information into clear, understandable form.
- Apply best practices and set quality standards for the team.
- Polish C1 is listed in the posting’s language requirements.
Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and functional requirements, including the Product Vision, Roadmap, and Product Backlog.
- Continuously prioritize backlog items and assess their business value.
- Create use cases and manage user stories and epics in line with product strategy.
- Work with business stakeholders, developers, and QA throughout planning, requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
- Ensure internal and external stakeholder needs are addressed and communication remains transparent.
- Track trends and maintain high standards in Agile/Scrum methods.
