Job Details

Have proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Coordinator in banking, financial services, or another highly regulated environment.
Bring strong experience managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Be able to drive delivery, manage priorities, and remove blockers.
Have experience in process improvement and automation initiatives.
Understand project governance, reporting, risk, and issue management.
Bring strong organization and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) is a plus.
Experience with RACF and/or Mainframe Security environments is a plus.
Understanding of access control processes and audit requirements is a plus.
Familiarity with regulatory and risk management frameworks within financial institutions is a plus.

Support the Project Lead in planning, coordinating, and delivering project activities.
Drive progress across delivery teams and ensure milestones are met on time.
Coordinate daily stand-ups, stakeholder meetings, and project workshops.
Track risks, issues, dependencies, and action items.
Maintain project documentation, status reports, and management presentations.
Ensure accountability and follow-up on agreed actions across multiple stakeholders.
Support governance, reporting, and project control processes.
Identify and implement automation opportunities to improve delivery efficiency.
Collaborate with IAM, RACF, Mainframe Security, and business teams.
