Have at least 5 years of experience administering, maintaining, and optimizing MS SQL.
Have experience with legacy MS SQL Server 2012 and newer versions, including 2019 and 2022.
Bring documented experience delivering database upgrades or replatforming projects.
Have strong Windows Server knowledge and be able to troubleshoot at the operating-system and network levels.
Have experience with Apache Tomcat v7 or newer, or Java application servers, in the context of database connections.
Be able to diagnose connection, permissions, and performance failures independently, including without existing documentation.
Be able to communicate technically in Polish and English.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Dynamics AX, or NAV is an advantage.
Knowledge of Coda v12, Microsoft Azure, Azure VM, Azure SQL Managed Instance, PowerShell, or Redgate is an advantage.

Plan and execute the MS SQL Server upgrade from version 2012 to 2022, including Compatibility Level considerations and performance verification.
Build a clean, stable Test/UAT environment from the ground up.
Optimize queries, built-in procedures, and indexes, and diagnose performance bottlenecks.
Analyze and troubleshoot issues across the database, Apache Tomcat v7/Java application server, and Windows Server.
Configure service accounts, permissions, SSL/TLS certificates, and network/firewall rules.
Verify and maintain integration with SSRS.
