Requirements
- Bring significant experience in international development.
- Have a proven track record leading programme management and delivery across complex international programmes or multi-country portfolios.
- Translate organisational strategy into effective delivery across diverse operating environments.
- Have substantial experience in programme planning, budgeting, risk management and performance oversight.
- Have experience with grant-funded programmes.
- Bring a strong understanding of governance, safeguarding and compliance.
- Use programme data, insight and learning to improve performance and inform decisions.
- Have experience developing high-performing, multicultural teams.
- Build relationships across functions, cultures and geographies and work with senior leaders, country teams and external partners.
- Register with the Protected Vulnerable Group Scheme or local equivalent before undertaking the role.
Responsibilities
- Lead performance, governance and stewardship of Mary's Meals programmes globally.
- Provide leadership and direction to the Programme Management team, Country Directors and programme partners.
- Oversee programme planning, budgeting, resource allocation and risk management.
- Coordinate between Programmes and other organisational functions.
- Lead oversight of grants, reporting and impact requirements.
- Champion programme data, reporting and performance management.
- Lead cross-cutting programme initiatives, organisational change projects and programme transformation activities.
- Build relationships with partners and stakeholders, representing Mary's Meals at a senior level where required.
