Requirements
- Have 1–2 years of experience in a customer service role.
- Have experience working in a deadline-driven environment.
- Have experience with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Have experience with Google Suite.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bring attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Use analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Be able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Be available Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, for a 40-hour workweek.
- Have a quiet, dedicated home workspace free from interruptions during scheduled hours.
- Be able to craft clear, context-rich prompts for company-approved GenAI tools.
- Audit AI outputs for factual accuracy and brand alignment, remove hallucinations, and follow AI security protocols that protect proprietary and personally identifiable information.
Responsibilities
- Manage an assigned portfolio of multifamily housing properties.
- Complete monthly resident utility billing activities in accordance with department procedures and KPIs.
- Communicate with clients about billing requirements, approvals, and billing-related questions by email and phone.
- Respond to resident inquiries about utility charges and billing activity by email and phone.
- Coordinate with internal teams to gather information and resolve billing issues.
- Review billing information and documentation for accuracy and completeness, and identify discrepancies requiring escalation.
- Maintain portfolio deadlines and performance expectations.
- Resolve routine billing issues and escalate complex concerns as appropriate.
