Requirements
- Have 10+ years of experience working with Microsoft business applications, including Dynamics 365.
- Have proven experience as a Lead Solution Architect on large-scale international implementation projects.
- Bring strong expertise in enterprise architecture and solution governance.
- Have experience with integrations and application lifecycle management.
- Have experience engaging with business and executive stakeholders in global organizations.
- Have a track record of defining technology roadmaps and driving digital transformation initiatives.
- Have experience leading architecture teams and providing technical leadership across complex delivery landscapes.
- Be fluent in spoken and written English.
Responsibilities
- Shape the long-term evolution of customers’ Microsoft business application landscapes after go-live.
- Drive continuous improvement and platform optimization.
- Provide strategic advisory and develop technology roadmaps.
- Work with customer stakeholders and HSO delivery teams on health assessments and roadmap alignment.
- Support release readiness and conduct architecture reviews.
- Drive strategic improvement initiatives to maximize long-term business value.
