Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in sourcing, recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related field.
- Have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Bring strong research and problem-solving skills, including the ability to develop new approaches when traditional sourcing methods are not effective.
- Have strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Have experience using sourcing data and funnel metrics to inform decisions and improve results.
- Flexibility to work regular U.S. hours or provide U.S. overlap when working in a different time zone.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute creative sourcing strategies for specialized, hard-to-reach, and high-volume needs.
- Explore communities, networks, referrals, and non-traditional channels to find and engage contributors.
- Translate project requirements into targeted searches and adapt strategies as needs evolve.
- Communicate sourcing progress, challenges, and market feedback, and flag potential risks.
- Use sourcing and conversion data to identify bottlenecks, test approaches, and improve performance.
- Use AI and automation in research, outreach, analysis, and sourcing workflows to improve efficiency.
