Job Details

Be a native English speaker with a UK or US native accent.
Currently reside in the UK and have a visible local presence or network.
Have a strong interest in and familiarity with AI applications in digital product development, software architecture, and modern tech trends.
Demonstrate natural charisma and strong on-camera interview skills.
Use active listening and ask sharp, insightful follow-up questions during live interviews.
Be able to independently build contact lists, execute outreach campaigns, or leverage an existing network of tech contacts.
Have a professional remote setup, including a high-quality microphone, clean aesthetic background, appropriate lighting, and stable high-speed internet.
Work on a freelance / B2B contract basis.

Prospect, research, and recruit relevant guest speakers, including founders, product leaders, CTOs, and PMs building with AI.
Use cold outreach and networking strategies to identify potential guests.
Conduct pre-screening calls to assess guests’ speaking ability and topic alignment.
Brief speakers on recording expectations.
Host and record 2–3 remote video podcast episodes monthly.
Lead engaging, in-depth discussions and ask follow-up questions to draw out practical industry insights.
Use AI tools and automation to streamline guest research, briefing, and outreach workflows.
Join weekly sync calls with Monterail’s marketing team to align on the guest pipeline, themes, and profiles.
