Requirements
- Have a higher education degree.
- Have at least 3 years of experience leading IT projects, including software development, in large organizations.
- Have practical knowledge of project management methodologies such as PRINCE2 or Agile.
- Have practical knowledge of project management tools such as MS Project, JIRA, or PPM.
- Hold a PRINCE2 Foundation-level certificate or higher.
- Have experience with data processing, including data warehouses or BI systems, and with IT software development and integration.
- Have experience leading projects in large organizations or public administration.
- Be able to assign tasks to project team members effectively and hold them accountable for delivery.
- Have practical change-management skills and experience leading projects with significant scope uncertainty and variability.
- Have negotiation and communication skills, organizational ability, and the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Be able to work under time pressure and manage time effectively.
Responsibilities
- Manage IT projects.
- Manage project risks, changes, and budgets.
- Plan and monitor project schedules and progress.
- Coordinate communication within the project team and organize, lead, and moderate project meetings.
- Report team work status and plan and implement corrective actions.
- Analyze and report implementation and process maintenance costs.
- Supervise project documentation and manage project quality.
- Manage and support the development of client relationships.
