Requirements
- Have extensive cybersecurity experience, particularly in Incident Response, Digital Forensics / DFIR, and Security Operations.
- Have experience managing or providing strategic oversight of cybersecurity teams.
- Have practical experience conducting or overseeing cybersecurity or forensic investigations.
- Have very good knowledge of Incident Response, Threat Hunting, and Security Operations processes.
- Combine a strategic approach to cybersecurity with a strong technical background.
- Have experience building and developing cybersecurity processes, standards, and capabilities.
- Be able to work with senior management, technical teams, and clients.
- Have very good knowledge of English (C1 listed).
- Work independently and demonstrate managerial maturity and the ability to operate in an advisory / strategic leadership model.
- MSSP / SOC / MDR / Cybersecurity Services experience is an advantage.
- Experience managing Incident Response / DFIR / Threat Hunting teams is an advantage.
- Digital forensics, incident response, or cybersecurity certifications such as GIAC/GCIH/GREM are an advantage.
- Telecommunications or enterprise environment experience is an advantage.
- Knowledge of NIS/NIS2, cybersecurity governance, and risk management is an advantage.
- Experience working with international teams and stakeholders is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic oversight of the existing Cybersecurity / Digital Forensics team.
- Support managers and the team with decisions on incident response, investigations, and digital forensics.
- Oversee and actively participate in complex cybersecurity investigations.
- Review the quality and direction of analyses and recommend next steps.
- Develop processes, methodologies, and standards for Incident Response and DFIR.
- Support team capability development through mentoring and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with senior management and key stakeholders on cybersecurity, risk, and security incidents.
- Support the definition of strategic development directions for the team and cybersecurity services.
