Requirements
- Hold an active LMHCA or LCSWA license in North Carolina; other license types are not accepted.
- Have already accrued post-graduate clinical hours toward full licensure.
- Have experience or a strong interest in working with school-aged youth and families.
- Be comfortable with telehealth and EHR systems.
- Be available Monday–Friday, 3–8 PM.
- Preferred: experience in CBT, DBT, or similar modalities.
- Preferred: prior school-based or youth-focused experience.
- Preferred: bilingual Spanish/English fluency.
- Preferred: active NPI and CAQH.
Responsibilities
- Provide evidence-based teletherapy to K–12 students across North Carolina.
- Collaborate with school counselors and families statewide.
- Participate in weekly individual supervision.
- Participate in weekly group supervision.
- Take part in case consultations.
- Contribute to clinical program development.
