Requirements
- Have 3+ years of experience in instructional design, learning and development, eLearning, curriculum development, or a related field.
- Have experience designing and developing online or digital learning experiences.
- Have hands-on experience with a learning management system; Docebo experience is highly preferred.
- Understand adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Have experience developing learning objectives, assessments, activities, and structured learning paths.
- Bring strong writing, editing, and content-organization skills.
- Be able to turn complex information into simple, engaging, and actionable learning content.
- Have experience working with subject matter experts and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Be able to manage multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment.
- Experience with Docebo Creator or other AI-powered authoring tools is a plus.
- Experience with Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise, Adobe Captivate, or similar e-learning authoring platforms is a plus.
- Experience with SCORM or other e-learning standards, learning analytics, or accessibility standards such as WCAG is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop online courses and learning experiences using instructional design best practices.
- Translate complex information, processes, and subject matter expertise into clear, learner-friendly content.
- Define learning objectives, course structures, lesson plans, assessments, activities, and learning paths.
- Build, configure, and maintain courses, learning paths, materials, and activities in the Docebo LMS.
- Evaluate existing courses and recommend improvements to content, structure, learner experience, and engagement.
- Partner with subject matter experts to gather, validate, and transform knowledge into learning content.
- Manage course-development projects and coordinate reviews, revisions, approvals, and launches.
- Monitor learning metrics and use learner data and feedback to improve courses and assess outcomes.
