Requirements
- Have 2+ years of experience in project coordination, operations, or supply chain; project management experience is preferred.
- Have hands-on Smartsheet experience, including building sheets and reports.
- Be fluent in Slack and Google Suite, including Docs, Sheets, Drive, and Calendar.
- Write clearly with dates, owners, SKUs, and next steps included.
- Be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple workstreams without losing track of details.
- Be comfortable following up with senior stakeholders and vendors to get answers.
- Food or dietary supplement experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with NetSuite or a comparable ERP is preferred.
- Exposure to co-manufacturers, packaging or raw material vendors, purchase orders, or artwork approval workflows such as Filestage is preferred.
- Experience supporting a product launch from kickoff to shelf is preferred.
- Comfort building simple reports and dashboards for different audiences is preferred.
- Experience coordinating across time zones with international partners is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Support weekly operations and supply chain meetings by preparing agendas and invites, taking notes, tracking action items, and distributing recaps.
- Maintain Smartsheet project plans, dashboards, and trackers for product launches, product revisions, and other operations projects.
- Support co-manufacturer onboarding and transitions through documentation, timeline tracking, and cross-functional follow-up.
- Track action items across cross-functional owners and follow up until they are resolved.
- Flag timeline risks, dependencies, and blockers early.
- Move recurring processes and data from Slack into Smartsheet for structure and visibility.
- Support launch execution with co-manufacturers, packaging vendors, and internal partners.
- Keep project documentation, SOPs, and trackers current and accurate.
- Partner with the Operations & Product Project Manager to improve project management processes, find efficiencies, and strengthen communication across departments.
