Requirements
- Have a university degree.
- Bring 5–8 years of experience in data engineering, data warehousing, or data architecture.
- Have at least 3+ years of experience working with Snowflake.
- Demonstrate data engineering and pipeline development experience on Snowflake and cloud-native platforms.
- Have expertise in Snowflake warehouses, Snowpark, data sharing, and performance tuning.
- Be proficient with ETL/ELT tools such as DBT, Matillion, Talend, or equivalent.
- Have strong SQL and Python, or equivalent language, skills for data manipulation and automation.
- Have hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Know data modelling methodologies such as star schemas, Data Vault, Kimball, or Inmon.
- Have experience leading or mentoring engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Develop data pipelines using Snowflake and cloud-native platforms.
- Deliver data solutions aligned with client requirements.
- Work across data ingestion, transformation, modelling, governance, and consumption.
- Collaborate with solution architects, data engineers, developers, analysts, and client stakeholders.
- Apply Snowflake features, including warehouses, Snowpark, data sharing, and performance tuning.
- Contribute reusable assets and accelerators to improve data engineering practices.
