Requirements
- Have experience conducting research where accuracy matters and sources must be cited.
- Be comfortable contacting unfamiliar organizations and obtaining clear answers.
- Follow written procedures closely and speak up when they do not fit the information found.
- Be organized in spreadsheets and careful with details.
- Be comfortable using AI tools and checking their output before relying on it.
- Training in social work, counseling, or public health is a plus.
- Experience working in mental health services is a plus.
- Spanish or another language besides English is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Verify and complete service records, including addresses, hours, contact details, costs, insurance, and other data-model tags.
- Label services against screening criteria and quote evidence for each answer.
- Find services not yet listed as each new location is added.
- Identify services that do not fit the data model and explain what does not fit.
