Requirements
- Hold a degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or a related field such as energy or oil & gas.
- Have several years of hands-on industry or research CFD experience.
- Use OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent/CFX, or STAR-CCM+.
- Have experience with meshing.
- Apply verification and validation practices, including mesh-independence studies.
- Validate simulations against experiments or benchmarks.
- Be comfortable with Python and GitHub.
- Have English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- A PhD is preferred but not required.
- Aerospace, automotive, offshore, or turbomachinery experience is a plus.
- Multiphase or particle-laden flow experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Set up and run fluid simulations using CAD geometry.
- Build verified reference solutions.
- Write Python checks for AI agent results.
- Train and evaluate AI agents on expert-level fluid simulation tasks.
