Requirements
- Have more than 5 years of experience in AI, machine learning, or computer science.
- Have experience building end-to-end software products with AI or machine learning components.
- Have experience with Azure or another cloud-based solution.
- Demonstrate strong Python skills and reasonable SQL understanding.
- Have experience with testing as an essential part of development, including unit and integration testing.
- Know NLP and computer vision.
- Have hands-on experience across the end-to-end ML lifecycle, from development to production deployment.
- Have experience designing and building scalable ML pipelines; MLOps experience is valuable.
- Have experience using GitHub Copilot or similar AI coding tools in real development workflows.
- Be fluent in Spanish; this is mandatory.
- Nice to have: fluent English, Big Data tools, RESTful API development, DevOps practices, recommendation systems, unsupervised learning, ranking models, cognitive services, Agentic AI, TensorFlow Lite, TensorFlow Serving, gRPC, and strong object-oriented programming skills.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the design and development of AI solutions for projects.
- Build production-level ML/AI solutions using software engineering and ML/AI principles.
- Automate deployment and monitoring of models and infrastructure.
- Analyze and prepare data, including cleaning and variable transformation.
- Develop and train ML/AI models.
- Parallelize, optimize, tune, and test models for production deployment.
- Put AI models into production.
