Requirements
- Have 3+ years of relevant experience in Risk, AML, Compliance, Fraud, or related operations.
- Bring experience within fintech, banking, payments, e-commerce, MSB, or financial services.
- Have practical experience in areas such as KYC/KYB, sanctions screening, transaction monitoring, merchant or product risk review, enhanced due diligence, SAR preparation, or regulatory reporting.
- Demonstrate strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with sound professional judgment and attention to detail.
- Be proficient in data extraction, analysis, and reporting.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills in English and be fluent in Mandarin.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Legal Studies, Economics, Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experience with SQL, Excel, BI tools, or similar analytical tools is preferred.
- CAMS or equivalent certification is preferred.
