Have 5+ years of commercial experience as a Data Scientist delivering end-to-end products.
Have proven experience building and optimizing recommender systems at scale.
Have hands-on knowledge of causal inference, specifically uplift modeling.
Have a deep understanding of supervised learning, focused on complex classification models.
Have a solid background in natural language processing and knowledge of embeddings.
Use Python, including Pandas, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Have experience with PySpark and SQL.
Have hands-on experience with Databricks, AWS, GCP, Azure, or Snowflake.

Partner with business leaders to translate complex challenges into actionable ML hypotheses.
Design, develop, and deploy recommender engines using large-scale datasets.
Build advanced classification models using large-scale datasets.
Develop NLP solutions using large-scale datasets.
Apply uplift modeling to measure the incremental impact of products and campaigns.
