Job Details

Have extensive commercial experience as a Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Analyst, or Advanced Analytics Consultant.
Have strong experience working with complex, heterogeneous datasets.
Have practical knowledge of data matching, entity resolution, and data integration.
Have experience with clustering algorithms, similarity matching, classification, anomaly detection, and Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA).
Know machine learning, data mining, feature engineering, and data modeling.
Be able to analyze ambiguous business problems and recommend appropriate methods and algorithms.
Have experience defining analytical strategies and roadmaps for further development of data solutions.
Have consulting skills and experience working with business stakeholders.
Be able to lead workshops and present recommendations to non-technical audiences.
Know the AI-augmented IT product development approach.
Be self-directed and proactive, and be able to work at an early, not fully defined project stage.
Have English proficiency at C1/C2 level for leading workshops and communicating with stakeholders.

Analyze existing and newly acquired datasets to identify shared characteristics, relationships, and hidden patterns.
Design approaches for integrating, matching, and consolidating data from different sources.
Identify opportunities for clustering, segmentation, entity resolution, similarity matching, and pattern recognition.
Evaluate and recommend machine-learning, statistical-analysis, and data-mining methods.
Advise on data modeling, feature engineering, and algorithm selection.
Lead discovery workshops and collaborate with business stakeholders.
Develop proof-of-concept concepts, success criteria, and analytical roadmaps for subsequent project stages.
Define strategic directions for data use beyond ad hoc analysis.
