Requirements
- Have approximately 5+ years of senior-level experience as a Business Analyst.
- Bring practical Salesforce CRM project or delivery experience.
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills and experience creating business analyses.
- Be able to define and document the scope of conceptual work.
- Have knowledge of BPMN.
- Have experience working in Agile teams.
- Be fluent in Polish.
- Have communicative English.
Responsibilities
- Collect and refine business requirements for Salesforce CRM development.
- Prepare business analysis and conceptual scope documentation.
- Deliver pre-implementation analysis and support solution recommendations.
- Model processes and flows using BPMN.
- Collaborate with the Product Owner, developers, QA, and business stakeholders in Agile delivery.
- Support backlog refinement and maintain analysis artefacts.
