Requirements
- Have primary proficiency in Kotlin or Python and be comfortable contributing in both.
- Have experience designing, building, and operating shared GenAI infrastructure.
- Have experience with LLM routing, vector search and RAG infrastructure, MCP gateways, and AI observability and evaluation tooling.
- Demonstrate strong distributed-systems fundamentals, including async workflows, idempotency, and failure design.
- Have hands-on production experience with LLM APIs.
- Apply an AI-security mindset to prompt injection, PII in logs, and credential handling.
- Show concrete experience building or operating agent and harness engineering tooling.
- Be comfortable using Claude Code and GitHub Copilot.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate shared GenAI infrastructure used by product teams.
- Develop LLM routing, vector search and RAG infrastructure, and an MCP gateway.
- Build AI observability and evaluation tooling.
- Apply distributed-systems fundamentals to async workflows, idempotency, and failure design.
- Work hands-on with LLM APIs in production.
- Address prompt injection defenses, PII in logs, and credential handling.
- Generate, evaluate, distribute, and observe the context that powers AI agents.
- Embed as a hands-on individual contributor in a client squad and share engineering patterns beyond the immediate team.
